Warranty Information

Complete bikes are all covered by a 12 month guarantee against material defect. Parts are not covered against abuse, misuse or neglect. Moving parts, subject to wear and tear are only covered for three months as the amount of use cannot be calculated. These parts include chains, tyres, inner tubes, grips, bearings, bushings and seals. It is the owners responsibilty to maintain the bike regularly, preferably by a qualified mechanic. Bikes should not be jet washed. Should any claim arise, the entire bike must be returned either to ourselves or an approved dealer.
If you wish to return a part to us for warranty inspection then please call us on 0870 241 4276 so that we can advise on what to do.  We regret we cannot be responsible for return postage costs, and if the item is not covered under warranty then any further costs incurred by us will need to be paid before we dispatch or return the item.  Products covered under warranty will be returned free of charge. Some frames and parts have a longer warranty and this will be advised on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to replace parts of the same or higher standard than those covered under warranty but regret that we cannot guarantee the colour of the item supplied under warranty. For example, should a frame be replaced under warranty it may be a different colout to that which you purchased.
