Delivery

Any order placed before 12 noon will be sent out on a next working day service.  We are unable to deliver on weekends or Mondays so please make sure the delivery address you provide will have someone available to sign for the order between 9am and 5.30pm.
If for any reason we are unable to send your order out we will contact you to let you know. 
Orders taken using the finance option are not sent out next day (delivery is usually one week from ordering).

The following postcodes are also exempt from the next day service and extra delivery charges may apply, you will be contacted before any additional charges are made.

IV - all codes, KW 5-14, PA34, PA37-PA39, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50. Also all N.Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and any Scottish Islands.

If you place an order from overseas you will be notified of the additional postage costs before we take payment, delivery is usually 5-10 working days throughout Europe.

Our courier for bike deliveries is TNT, please check your order before signing for it as it will delay any claim if your bike is received damaged.  If anything is missing or damaged please either call us before signing for the delivery or if this is not possible write “Damaged” on the drivers delivery note.
If no one is in to receive the delivery the courier will leave a card with a contact number for your local TNT depot so that you can arrange a re-delivery.

Your bike

All bikes sent within the UK are fully assembled and checked over before being boxed (please specify if you want the front disc brake fitting on jump bike models by calling us).  All that is required before riding is to fit the pedals and to straighten the handlebars, even the tools to do this are provided!

0% Finance –

0% Finance is subject to status, you must be over 18 to apply and have been a full UK resident for over 3 years.  The finance is taken through Black Horse finance and is only available by calling us on 0870 241 4276.  Terms and conditions apply.

Money back guarantee –

If for any reason you decide that your bike isn’t what you were looking for then you can just give us a call and we will arrange for it to be collected from you. Once we receive the bike back in an unused condition we will refund you the price of the bike. We cannot refund the postage charges which are likely to be £14.99 each way. Bikes must be returned in the SAME condition as received, and we ask that you notify us within 7 days of reciept if you intend on returning the bike.

Warranty

Complete bikes are all covered by a 12 month guarantee against material defect. Parts are not covered against abuse, misuse or neglect. Moving parts, subject to wear and tear are only covered for three months as the amount of use cannot be calculated. These parts include chains, tyres, inner tubes, grips, bearings, bushings and seals. It is the owners responsibilty to maintain the bike regularly, preferably by a qualified mechanic. Bikes should not be jet washed. Should any claim arise, the entire bike must be returned either to ourselves or an approved dealer.
If you wish to return a part to us for warranty inspection then please call us on 0870 241 4276 so that we can advise on what to do.  We regret we cannot be responsible for return postage costs, and if the item is not covered under warranty then any further costs incurred by us will need to be paid before we dispatch or return the item.  Products covered under warranty will be returned free of charge. Some frames and parts have a longer warranty and this will be advised on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to replace parts of the same or higher standard than those covered under warranty but regret that we cannot guarantee the colour of the item supplied under warranty. For example, should a frame be replaced under warranty it may be a different colout to that which you purchased.
