F.A.Q.

Q.What does the warranty cover?

A. Dirt jumping and skatepark riding puts a lot of stress on components, our products are designed to withstand all the forces encountered under normal riding conditions. It does not cover any damage caused by crashes, heavy impacts or neglect/poor maintaince. For example if you bend your frame because you under rotate a spin or come up short on a jump, we will only be able to offer you a crash replacement part at half the retail cost. Obviously, no one rides without crashing sometimes and all our parts are designed to be able to take a certain amount of abuse, this is why we will always ask for the part of frame to be sent back to us so we can asses the damage and it's general condition.
The warranty also covers any fault or defect in manufacture, ie a missing weld, these are very rare as all our products are quality checked at various stages, in the unlikely event of this occuring we will replace the part free of charge.

Q. I bought the bike/part 2nd hand does the warranty still apply?

A. Sorry, the warranty only applys to the origional owner.

Q. I've lost my receipt, is my bike still covered?

A. We do need proof that you are the origional owner of the bike/part, if you don't have the receipt then a bank statement or similar will do. We also keep records of all our sales so if in doubt give us a call for more info.

Q. I've repainted my frame/part is it still covered under warranty?

A. Sorry, but re painting your frame or part voids the waranty, we need to be able to asses the general condition of the frame/part to be able to judge how well its been looked after, and the amount of use its had. If it's been repainted we can't do this, as such it wouldn't be covered under warranty. We will still offer a crash replacement at half the retail cost.

Q. I've crashed my bike and the frame is bent, is there anything you can do?

A. If you are the origional owner then we offer a crash replacement scheme at half retail cost. You just need to give us a call and send the frame back to us.

Q. I've been grinding and the chainstay is worn through, is this covered under warranty?

A. No, this is general wear and tear and not covered.
